Morgan Davis | Meg Christian

Realtor®

A Catonsville resident for over 30 years, Morgan feels fortunate to be raising her two daughters in the area. Her first-hand knowledge of all that it has to offer brings tremendous value to her clients.

Morgan attended Towson University and the University of Baltimore before beginning her professional career at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and School of Medicine, where she served as a Continuing Education Coordinator. She later took a position with a nonprofit, the Maryland Public Health Association, managing projects, fundraising, and event planning. Always up for a challenge, Morgan thrives when utilizing her strong problem-solving skills.

Morgan’s passion for real estate was sparked by a desire to work closer to home and apply her skills to benefit her own community. She enjoys guiding clients through the home buying process, providing the information they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. To ensure she keeps current, Morgan is committed to continuing education that includes courses about ethics and fair housing, cultural diversity, buyer representation, and negotiation preparedness.

Morgan is interested in fitness and has been a Cycle Instructor at the Catonsville YMCA. Her favorite part of the job is helping people set goals for themselves, both inside and out of the cycle studio. Nothing excites her more than seeing them crush them. She feels the same about her real estate clients. Her strategic planning ability, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented approach all support them in achieving their homeownership goals.

When not working with clients, Morgan enjoys spending time with her two daughters, friends, and extended family. Her favorite pastimes include baking with her daughters, exercising, and enjoying the outdoors. Morgan’s positive outlook is rooted in gratitude for all that life has to offer, for herself and her family.

Morgan enjoys volunteering at her children’s elementary school, as a soccer coach, and at her church. She also serves on the Catonsville Soccer Board. Charitable organizations and nonprofits she supports include the Catonsville Women’s Giving Circle, Believe in Tomorrow, as well as Sowers 4 Pastors. Morgan is excited to be expanding her involvement in the community through her work with The Beacon Home Team.

Raised in the suburbs of DC, Meg relocated to Catonsville in 1979, where she and her husband, Dave, a Catonsville native, chose to raise their three sons, Matt, Kevin, and Collin. Meg’s love and dedication to the area are reflected in her deep commitment and involvement in the community.

Meg’s journey into the Real Estate realm began in 1985 and has led to her becoming one of the area’s top producers. She’s proud that her education, experience, and empathetic nature have allowed her to have a positive impact on the lives of so many families.

Meg graduated from UMD with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. She keeps pace with the ever-changing dynamics of the Real Estate Market by committing to extensive continuing education. Courses she’s taken include rehab lending, marketing, pricing and positioning, buyer representation, legal issues, staging, environmental issues, and green practices. She carries the designation of GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) and has a Historic Designation Certificate.

Meg loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She and her husband frequently hike in Patapsco State Park with her dog, Lilly. They have a goal of visiting at least one National Park every year. Gardening, yoga, and riding her bicycle are some other things she enjoys during her free time.

When Meg is not working or spending time with family, you’re likely to find her volunteering in the community. She’s an active volunteer for local Trolley Trails and State Park beautification and is a board member of the Catonsville Rails to Trails. Some other organizations Meg supports include The Catonsville Women’s Giving Circle, Chamber of Commerce, Friends of Patapsco State Park, Baltimore Heritage, Baltimore Zoo, Baltimore Museum of Art, and the Catonsville YMCA.
